• Bespoke Hand knotted Carpets
  The design department can create a new carpet based on existing historic designs and colourings or design   and colour something original and unique.

• Home Collection
  Stock designs and colourings of carpets and kilims: These can be made to order to specific sizes; some   designs are held in stock in useful room sizes, also large collection of old, antique and new.

• Two-Ply Scotch Cloth
  Recently David brought two early 19thc Jacquard looms back into production to weave traditional 27"   wide, two-ply carpet and plain weave. Long lengths can be produced for corridors and stairs; alternatively   strips can be sewn together to produce wider carpets.

• Conservation Restoration and Cleaning
  David and Sara Bamford have, since the 1960's conserved, restored and cleaned all types of historic   carpets and run one of the largest, privately owned conservation studios in the UK specialising in working   with large carpets, primarily for the National trust and private clients with houses open to the public.
